We strive to offer a work environment based on mutual respect and one that promotes learning opportunities, safety, and productivity.
We benchmark ourselves against international standards and offer fair remuneration to our team members. In addition, we offer a number of personal benefits, some applicable to all employees and others that are more regionally relevant.
Ethical Workplace Practices
All our employees, including crew and factory workers, are provided written employment contracts. We do not tolerate any form of physical cruelty, forced labour or discrimination in our operations. In our processing operations, our responsibility towards ensuring ethical workplace practices extends to our sub-contractors, who are required to sign our social responsibility agreement before we engage in any work with them. We have aligned our HR policies to international standards, such as the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI),and the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) and we will continue to implement measures to ensure a sustained, healthy and happy workforce.
