Black Cod
Anoplopoma fimbria
 

Often compared to Chilean Seabass, Black Cod is a premium whitefish prized by seafood connoisseurs. Its succulent flesh has a rich flavour and velvety texture that can withstand high-heat preparation methods such as roasting or grilling. Our Black Cod is sourced from sustainable fisheries along the North Pacific coast.
